- Machine choice
- New - Microdrilling Gundrilling and BTA drilling machines.
- Used - Machine search and location.
- Tooling choice - making sure the tools are suited to the application.
- Set up - what you need to get started.
- Speeds and feeds - advising correct starting conditions to suit you application and for good initial performance.
- Drilling problems - looking for the right answers.
- Tool regrinding
- G-1 Gundrill grinding machines and GF-1 Universal gundrill grinding fixtures
- Training and advice on best practice
This Service is available by telephone, email or plant visits as best suits your needs and urgency.
General Rates:
1. By telephone or email: $75 per hour or part thereof for both direct contact and any subsequent off-line research and reporting. Minimum charge 1 hour
2. Plant visits: $100 per hour or part thereof. Preparatory off-site work before or subsequent as 1. Above.
Travel time and other costs: $25 per hour and $0.40 per mile for private car. All other costs, such as flights, accommodation, rental vehicles, and meals charged at actual cost.
Billing will be weekly and to be settled by the following week. Your Purchase Order will secure our services
